This unique end table boasting solid pine tops and rugged metal legs was acquired from some wonderful folks based in northern VT. These pieces date back to the 80s but are not quite the antique vibe as the accent table. Center storage on the table legs for magazines or speakers and a large surface area for lamps, stereos, etc.
These tables have been around for 40 years and have seen several generations grow up around them. Without a rugged foundation, any weight will destroy it. Same could be said for people.
This color palette defines being destroyed. It was intentionally released as the first series of this collection because it conveys pain and obstacles through which we can gain strength and knowledge––this was Big Blind's experience in the creation of these pieces. One who only knows suffering is destined to be destroyed. Love can be pain as well however a life with love can mend almost anything. The juxtaposition of this color palette defines the meaning of love and pain to Big Blind.
Without all the pain and darkness I would have never found love. Without love from everyone in my life I would never be who I am.
Pain brought me here.
Love kept me here.
Big Blind or Die.
